Blood Rose

Added a new Blood Rose Hunter class.

•  Only a Dark Elf can be Blood Rose.
• All the Rose classes are named the same.
• Rose uses only a dagger in battle and can bear sigil but not shield.
• Blood Rose can choose between two hairstyles and faces as well as from three hair colors.
• Blood Rose has a unique appearance that changes depending on the grade of the upper armor.
• Blood Rose gets a distinctive transformation depending on her ranking.

• Based on 520 Kor Official (have all improvements and extends) - free
• L2Emu Interface based on 520 EU/RU Offical (have all improvements and extends) - in dev process
